I think I might do a bit of flying tonight. Most of my classmates are sticking themselves in the library before the break, but I... do not want to do that. What I've noticed recently is that most people are quite boring. Not that I want to be the person to encourage you to broaden your horizons, but really, you can't learn everything from textbooks, no matter how hard you might try. Now if you're keeping your head down in the library because you have self confidence issues, well then work those out on your own. If you are interested in a good time, then you can talk to me.

Looking at the bidding results, I can't help but ask: what makes a person bid more on one individual than another? Of course their physical attractiveness is part of it... but that makes me wonder why certain people got such high bids.

In other news, I'll be making a short appearance at the ball. There's no way anyone could enjoy dancing for more than thirty minutes.

While it is entertaining to see people spill their darkest secrets, I almost feel like people should be telling the truth from the beginning. Or at least, there's a point when honesty is just easier and I don't know why you people bother with hiding anything. Full discretion. I wouldn't lie if someone asked me something anyway, but I guess others don't live by that rule.

Hogwarts has gotten almost dreadfully dull, so thank fucking Merlin that we're combining events with Durmstrang. It already seems more interesting than here. Or at least, the people are. I can hardly take anymore of Aaron's whinging in the journals. I'd much rather be making connections with the Durmstrang boys as it seems we're going to be having much fun together.

I don't have much to say other than I don't really care who wins today's Quidditch match, because when it comes down to it, Slytherin is going to beat all your arses.
